What does Rent-2-Own mean?

Simply put Rent-2-Own means you rent the house until you are ready to buy it.  This offers several advantages over traditional renting.  First, we are expecting you to buy it so we won’t sell it out from under you.  Second, our lease allows you to make improvements and repairs so the the home can be just the way you like it.  Third, you can get established in your neighborhood now and keep your kids on the same schools for years to come.  Finally, with Rent-2-Own you have the option to buy but there is no commitment to buy.  If life changes you can walk way with only 30 days notice.

How do I make my payments?

We process our payments through an online system.   You can pay online for FREE via bank transfer or via credit card for a 3% fee.  Note: We do not offer an option to mail in your payment.

Are you REALTORS™?

American Dream Solutions, LLC does have REALTORs on staff but you will never have to pay a commission.

Is my information kept confidential?
