Step 1: Drive by the House
Look in the windows, go in the backyard, talk to the neighbors, see if the area works for you.
Step 2: Submit an application
You can download an application by click on Download Application at the bottom of this page. We can also email you an application upon request (Contact Us). You can print the application then scan and email to us or use “Adobe Fill & Sign” to fill it out on your phone or computer and send to us. Submitting the application is FREE.
Step 3: Info Verification
If you application receives preliminary approval we will be begin our verification process. This involves a credit and criminal background check which costs about $45 per adult that will live in the home. We will also verify employment history, income, and need proof you have the funds required for move-in. More about our qualifying criteria.
Step 4: Meet at the House
Once you are approved and verified we meet at the house so you can make a final decision about whether the home is right for you.
Step 5: Meet at Notary
If you want the house we’ll meet you at a notary (usually immediately) to complete the paperwork and collect the move-in money.
Step 6: We Hand You The Keys
You can move in immediately. We will stop by within 48 hours to pick up our signs and any other business property
